The fully fitted kitchen includes full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave and loads of cupboard space.
The sparking pool with LED surround lighting is adjoined by sundeck and small but lush gardens with outdoor shower and toilet. Master size bedroom with ensuite leads directly out onto the pool area from its own sliding glass doors. Upstairs Three good size ensuite bedrooms are located upstairs.
The guest bedrooms also feature built-in robes, and flat screen TV’s. The bedding set up for each bedrooms includes 2 king size beds and 2 queen size bedrooms, all with lush new linen and pillows. The Villa has been fitted out by a Western Interior Designer who has been commissioned by the new villa buyers to add many extras over and above what the Developer had included.
